African Leaders: Bank in your OWN Country!

For an African country, e.g., Nigeria, to become an industrialized country or a "civilized" country, a substantial number of Nigerian leaders must do what leaders of the "industrialized " and "civilized" countries are doing in their own countries, namely, saving their countries' money in their own banks, not in Nigerian or any other African banks.

To develop, we must deposit our country's money in our own banks. That is leadership. That is patriotism. That is the law of Nature -- a point well understood even in animal kingdom; hence, lions do not kill their preys only to leave them for hynas. Similarly, a rat does not labor for a squirrel.
